Privacy Policy

This policy covers all products and services operated by Five to Nine Development, including this website, Sound & Soothe, and URL Unraveler.

The short version

Five to Nine Development does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. The apps and services are built to do their job without needing to know who you are.

Sound & Soothe (iOS App)

Sound & Soothe does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

  • No account or registration required
  • No analytics or usage tracking
  • No third-party SDKs that collect data
  • In-app purchase is handled entirely by Apple
  • All app settings are stored locally on your device

The app may use Apple's standard crash reporting if you have enabled it in iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements → Share with App Developers. This data is aggregated and anonymized by Apple and not linked to you personally.

URL Unraveler

URL Unraveler resolves URLs server-side. When you submit a URL:

  • The URL is sent to our servers to follow the redirect chain
  • URLs are not stored, logged, or associated with your IP address beyond the duration of the request
  • No account is required
  • Standard web server logs (access logs) may record requests as is customary for security and operational purposes; these are not shared and are periodically purged

This website (fivetonine.net)

This website is a static site served via AWS CloudFront. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Standard CDN access logs may be retained for operational and security purposes. No cookies are set.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect limited usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy. In-app purchases for Sound & Soothe are processed by Apple under their own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

None of the Five to Nine products are directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted in the respective app's release notes where applicable.
